Dostałeś bonus od nich. Teraz bonus należy się od każdej wpłaconej kasy. Kilka miesięcy temu było, że bonus był 10% od minimum 250 USD wpłaty.

Tak. Piszesz do nich, że nie chcesz bonusa i możesz normalnie wypłacać.
