Bonuses
Complimentary or bonus amounts credited by Company, if any, into your Account for promotional purposes may only be used to play in the Games and you are not entitled to withdraw such amounts without first complying with the additional terms and conditions set forth in each bonus offering, and if none, then the terms and conditions set forth on the Standard Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions are by way of reference specifically incorporated herein. Further, Company reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amounts if you do not use them within the period of time specified.
Please note that in order to qualify for Special Promotion Games and Events which we run from time to time, you must be an Active Player and have made at least a 1 time deposit of $50 within 7 days of the Promotion or Game Event. For withdrawal purposes, players must have wagered a minimum of 40 times the free roll amount given, in addition, a $25 Cash Deposit needs to be made before any winnings won with bonus bucks can be withdrawn. Winnings from introductory bonus bucks is limited to $50 and normal withdrawal rules apply.
Cash Outs
Your account balance ("Account Balance"is the amount of real money deposited to your Account to access the Real Money Games, plus or minus any accrued winnings or losses from playing the Games, less any amounts previously cashed out by you or amounts forfeited or reclaimed by Company. Except as otherwise required by each deposit method or our security team, you may request to cash out and withdraw any or all of your Account Balance at any time and there is no requirement to play the Games in order for you to make such request. All amounts cashed out are subject to the transaction limits and processing fees as set forth at Blackjack.com and may change from time to time in Company's sole discretion. Further, Company may report and withhold any amount from winnings as required by law, and in any event, all federal, state and local taxes due in connection with any winnings awarded to you are your sole liability. In no event may Account Balances be transferred, substituted or redeemed for any other prize. Payment of funds cashed out shall be made by check, wire, credit card and/or any other manner which Company selects in its sole discretion. Payments will be made as promptly as possible, subject to any reasonable necessary security reviews by Company.
Blackjack.com applies a withdrawal minimum of $50 with a maximum total monthly cash out total of $1000, this time frame commences from the last approved withdrawal date. Please note that withdrawals of less than $50 are subject to an administration fee of $10. No withdrawal is permitted within 10 days from your initial deposit. For a withdrawal via Wire Transfer the minimum amount is $500 and a $75 fee applies.
All Withdrawals are processed every Monday, requests must be submitted by Midnight EST on the Monday. Should your request fall on a Public Holiday your request will be processed on the next working day. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of these days will be declined and the funds returned to the player account. One withdrawal per processing day is permitted.
