Sprawę zmiany e-mail już załatwiłem. Napisałem do nich, że zgadzam się na zmianę e-mailu na taki, którym posługuje się w Moneybookers i teraz czekam na odpowiedź. Prośba o skan dowodu i rachunku również jest dla mnie zrozumiała, jednak chodzi mi głównie o ten fragment:

Nie za bardzo go rozumiem prawdę mówiąc. Wpłacam teraz 30E(a może 10, bo w końcu 20 już wpłaciłem?) i mogę wypłacić całość? A może źle to rozumiem?

Nie wiem z jakiej korzystałeś promocji, ale ja otrzymałem w nim 20 funtów.
Po wpłacie depozytu, mogłem wypłacić wszystko co wygrałem ponad bonus, pomijająć kwotę bonusa.
Podsumowując: Otrzymałem 20 funtów, ugrałem 20 funtów. Wpłaciłem depozyt i wypłaciłem 20 funtów + depozyt.
Czekałem 2 tygodnie na wypłate.
