4th of December, PlayCherry Casino players will be migrated to our new EuroSlots brand. This is due to IGT closing the Enteraction
poker network, which hosts some of our casino software. EuroSlots had always been part of our plans for Q4; however, due to the move from IGT, we have been compelled to ensure that your players are not lost during the closure.
Play Cherry is moving its players and player funds to the new Maltese (EU) licensed online casino
EuroSlots (license numbers: LGA/CL1/824/2012 (issued on 1st July 2012) and LGA/CL1/825/2012 (issued on 1st July 2012)).
As a consequence, all gaming modules (
poker, casino, betting and
bingo) at Play Cherry will be removed from the website, leaving only Cashier available. Upon the requirement of the LGA, the deposit option will be switched off one week ahead of the termination - December 4th, 2012; whereas processing of withdrawals will work as usual until March 11, 2013 for players who decide to opt out of opening a new
EuroSlots player account.
All player details including players’ funds, and most importantly for you, their affiliate activity (from active players) will also be brought over to ensure that any commissions you have earned from the closing brand will be reflected within the new
EuroSlots casino. Please note that this does not include ‘dormant’ accounts and players who decide to opt out from playing at the new casino, as required by the LGA – “Dormant Account means a player’s account which has not recorded any log in and, or log out for a period exceeding thirty (30) consecutive months, without the requirement of any financial transaction”.
To make the move as seamless as possible, we will have a multi-staged move for any players tagged to your affiliate account:
- 20th of November – Migration e-mail sent to all PlayCherry account holders with details of the move
- 4th of December – Migration itself started, whereby we will have a landing page on PlayCherry informing any returning players of this move
- Players will renew their password from the
EuroSlots page
